Ground Source & Air Source Heating Storage
Large country estates with multiple properties seem to be where we have funded most of our Ground Sourced Heat Systems to date.
Due to our simple application process and ability to provide renewable energy finance in advance of the project work commencing, projects with multiple sites welcome our ability to split out the loan transfer as and when sites complete and the next tranche of funding is required.

LED Lighting & Energy
Peregrine have set up an Education Funding Authority approved Operating Lease for financing LED, Solar and Biomass into local authority schools, sports facilities and businesses.
The EFA has very stringent rules and regulations about local authority funding and our package has now been used to install LED, solar and lighting into many schools and sports facilities.
We are able to offer funding up to 7 years with the ability to extend the funding for a further 7 years if the local authority client chooses to extend the lease period of the equipment.
